Douglas Cameron

Douglas Cameron, from Margaree, the son of renowned pianist and teacher Lawrence Cameron, played his first concert on piano at the age of 5.

Douglas sometimes does piano solos and occasionally accompanies fiddlers. At age 9 he was a fiddler.and has become one of Cape Breton’s finest, releasing his first album in 2010. Douglas has been a frequent performer at Kitchenfest and the Celtic Colours International Music Festival.
